Coaching that works at the human level

At its heart, my work is coaching.

 

Whether supporting leaders one-to-one or designing programmes for groups and teams, coaching is the foundation that allows real change to take place — not just insight, but transformation.

 

This is human-centred, transformational coaching, designed to support people to reconnect with who they are, how they relate to others, and how they operate within their wider environment.

A coaching approach grounded in awareness

​This coaching works through developing awareness across three interconnected lenses:

By working across these areas, leaders gain clarity, confidence and choice in how they think, communicate and act.

 

This approach allows coaching to support not only leadership development, but communication, presence, decision-making and team effectiveness.

Transformational rather than transactional

This is not coaching focused on short-term fixes or surface-level performance.

 

Transformational coaching explores patterns, beliefs, identity and behaviour — helping people understand what drives them, what gets in the way, and what becomes possible when those patterns shift.

 

The work is reflective, challenging and supportive, creating space for leaders to develop greater self-trust, presence and resilience.

How coaching supports the wider work

Coaching is woven throughout all my offerings.​​​

In leadership development, it supports leaders to integrate insight into lived behaviour.

In team effectiveness work, it supports individuals to take responsibility for how they show up within the system.

In communication, storytelling and leadership presence work, it supports leaders to find their authentic voice and express it with confidence.

For programmes and longer journeys, coaching creates continuity, depth and integration.

Coaching can take place one-to-one or as part of a wider programme, in person or virtually.
