I’m Dan.
I work with leaders and teams who want to communicate, lead and connect more humanly — in a world that increasingly pulls us in the opposite direction.
My work is rooted in the belief that leadership, communication and presence are not about performance or polish, but about awareness, connection and being fully human in how we show up with others.
My Story
My professional path has always sat at the intersection of people, expression and meaning.
Alongside years of working in leadership development, team effectiveness and executive communication, I’m also a classically trained actor. That training shaped how I understand presence, voice, emotion and what it means to truly connect with an audience — whether that audience is one person or many.
Over time, my work evolved from performance into facilitation, coaching and leadership development. I trained as a coach, worked extensively within organisations, and supported senior leaders and teams through moments of growth, challenge and transition.
What became clear to me is that the most powerful shifts don’t come from learning what to say or how to behave — they come from deeper awareness of self, others and environment, and from reconnecting with parts of ourselves that often get lost in modern working life.
That understanding now sits at the heart of everything I do.
How I work
My approach is human-centred, reflective and practical.
I draw on coaching, psychology, storytelling, embodied presence and group dynamics to support people to think more clearly, communicate more authentically and lead with greater confidence and impact.
This work is not about fixing people or imposing models. It’s about creating the conditions for insight, choice and transformation — so leaders and teams can access their creativity, intelligence and humanity more fully.
Whether working one-to-one or with groups, my focus is on depth over performance, awareness over technique, and connection over control.
